MMGX Inc. d/b/a TICAL (“TICAL”) warrants solely to the original purchaser that the TICAL lockbox product and its original included components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to defects arising from the manufacturing of the lockbox itself and the original components included by TICAL at the time of sale. This warranty does not extend to, and TICAL expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for, any cannabis products, personal property, accessories, electronics, valuables, or other contents stored within or transported inside the lockbox.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized modification, attempted forced entry, accidental impact, dropping, abuse, improper storage, transportation damage, exposure to excessive heat, sunlight, moisture, water, chemicals, or any use outside the product’s intended purpose. Cosmetic wear, odor retention, scratches, dents, discoloration, and normal wear and tear occurring through ordinary use are likewise excluded from coverage.

TICAL makes no representation or warranty that the lockbox is smell-proof, waterproof, fireproof, theft-proof, child-proof, or capable of preventing loss, damage, contamination, or deterioration of any contents stored within the product. Any statements regarding odor reduction or storage functionality are descriptive only and shall not be construed as guarantees or warranties of performance under all conditions or circumstances.

In order to submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must notify TICAL in writing within thirty (30) days after discovery of the alleged defect and provide valid proof of purchase together with supporting photographs or other documentation reasonably requested by TICAL. TICAL reserves the right to require return of the product for inspection prior to approving any warranty remedy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by TICAL, the purchaser shall be solely responsible for all shipping and transportation costs associated with the warranty claim process.

Following inspection, TICAL shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether the product contains a covered manufacturing defect and whether the appropriate remedy shall be repair, replacement, store credit, or denial of the claim. Any replacement product provided under this Limited Warranty may consist of a new or refurbished product of comparable type and value.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty provided by TICAL with respect to the product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TICAL disclaims all other express, implied, or statutory warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
