Our policy lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your product must be unused and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. Proof of postage is also required until your return is processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as a store credit or as a one-time use promo code. Store credits or exchanges will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after processing your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit 5 days after processing your approved return, please email us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be applied as a store credit, promo code, or exchange. Unfortunately sale items are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your merchandise for the same item but a different size, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Then send your item to: TICAL, 2550 W 2nd Ave #104 Denver, CO 80219, United States with a copy of your receipt.
After we receive the returned item, there will be an invoice sent to your email to request the payment of the shipping cost. Once the shipping cost is paid we will ship out your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a credit or promo code will be issued to you for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed as a store credit or promo code.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifter had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, they will inquire about your return and a store credit or promo code will be issued to the gifter.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be in charge of the return shipping cost.
Your delivery time may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $36, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
